Admission to the MBBS program is based on NEET-UG scores. This section provides details about the admission process, including information on MD and MS courses. 

MBBS Admission

• Students must qualify the NEET UG entrance exam.
• Candidates who clear the NEET UG exam must participate in the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) NEET UG Counseling process.
• Admissions are offered based on NEET UG scores, seat availability, reservation criteria, and other relevant factors during counseling.

MD/MS Admission

• Students must qualify the NEET PG entrance exam.
• Candidates who clear the NEET PG exam are required to participate in the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) NEET PG Counseling process.
• Admissions are determined based on NEET PG scores, seat availability, reservation criteria, and other relevant factors during counseling.

Eligibility:-

MBBS Admission Eligibility:-

• Educational Qualification:
• Candidates must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects.
• A minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination for General category candidates.
• For SC/ST/OBC candidates, a minimum of 40% marks is required.
• Entrance Exam:
• Candidates must qualify the NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Undergraduate).
• Age Criteria:
• The candidate must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year.
• The upper age limit is 25 years for General category candidates (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates).
• Counseling Process:
• Qualified candidates must participate in the MCC NEET-UG Counseling for seat allocation based on merit, reservation policies, and seat availability.

• MD/MS Admission Eligibility

• Educational Qualification:
• Candidates must have an MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/institute.
• The candidate should have completed a one-year compulsory internship on or before the stipulated date for NEET-PG counseling.
• Entrance Exam:
• Candidates must qualify the NEET-PG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Postgraduate).
• Counseling Process:
• Qualified candidates are required to participate in the MCC NEET-PG Counseling for seat allocation based on merit, seat availability, and reservation criteria.
• Additional Requirements:
• The candidate must be registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or a State Medical Council (SMC).

  Applicable for All Undergraduate Programs

  Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate programs must submit the following documents in original along with three sets of self-attested photocopies at the time of admission.

  Important Instructions:

  1. Mandatory Submission:
  • Failure to provide any of the required documents will result in cancellation of the allotted seat, and the candidate will not be eligible for further counseling.
  2. Original Documents Clause:
  • Candidates who have deposited their original documents with another institution and provide a certificate stating so will not be permitted to secure admission.
  3. Document Discrepancies:
  • In case of any discrepancies in name or spelling across documents, candidates must provide proof of identity in the form of an affidavit or undertaking to confirm that the documents belong to the same person.

  List of Required Documents for Admission

  A. For All Undergraduate Programs:

  Candidates must provide the following documents in original along with three sets of self-attested photocopies at the time of admission:

  1. Birth Certificate or 10th Passing Certificate (as proof of date of birth)
  2. 12th Mark Statement
  3. School/College Leaving Certificate
  4. Transfer/Migration Certificate
  5. Aadhar Card
  6. Domicile Certificate
  7. Candidate’s Passport
  8. Physical/Medical Fitness Certificate
  9. Caste Certificate (for OBC/SC/ST candidates)
  10. Six Passport-Sized Photographs
  11. Account Payee Cheque from the Candidate’s Bank Account

  Additional Documents for Jain Minority Candidates:

  1. Affidavit (on Stamp Paper of ₹100) executed before a Metropolitan Magistrate stating the candidate’s religion as Jain
  2. Jain Membership Certificate from the local Jain Sangh
  3. Jain Minority Certificate from a Competent Government Authority
  4. School Leaving Certificate mentioning the candidate’s religion as Jain
  
  

  For All Postgraduate Programs:

  Candidates applying for postgraduate courses must provide the following:

  1. Birth Certificate or 10th Passing Certificate (as proof of date of birth)
  2. 12th Mark Statement
  3. Mark Sheets of all years of the undergraduate program
  4. Degree or Provisional Certificate
  5. Transfer/Migration Certificate from the college where the undergraduate program was completed
  6. Attempt Certificate for the Undergraduate Program
  7. Internship Completion Certificate (if applicable)
  8. Permanent Registration Certificate from the State Council (if applicable)
  9. Aadhar Card
  10. Domicile Certificate
  11. Candidate’s Passport
  12. Caste Certificate (for OBC/SC/ST candidates)
  13. Six Passport-Sized Photographs
  14. Account Payee Cheque from the Candidate’s Bank Account (if the candidate is a minor, the parent’s bank account cheque is required)

  Additional Documents for Jain Minority Candidates:

  1. Affidavit (on Stamp Paper of ₹100) executed before a Metropolitan Magistrate stating the candidate’s religion as Jain
  2. Jain Minority Certificate from a Competent Government Authority
  3. School Leaving Certificate mentioning the candidate’s religion as Jain

  For NRI/OCI/PIO Candidates:

  Candidates from NRI/OCI/PIO categories must submit the following additional documents:

  1. Valid Resident Proof
  2. Valid Foreign Passport
  3. Valid VISA Documentation
  4. Valid Residential Permit in India
  5. Embassy Certificate confirming NRI status
  6. Degrees/Certificates approved as equivalent to Indian qualifications by AIU/Commonwealth Universities/International Association of Universities
